High vibrations VS Low vibrations

Healthy food = High Vibrations/Positive Energy while Junk Food = Low vibrations/Negative energy. What you put in will show in how you feel afterwards. Yes moderation is ALWAYS KEY. But if you know that what you're putting into your body is not good for you then why do you continue to do it. It's habit. Bad habits are hard to break but when will you listen to what your body is telling you? Being fat, having diabetes and HBP is never Good. Especially when It runs in your Family. Beat the odds and do something shocking. Eat healthy and get healthy. Make smart/good choices for once. But do it for life. Not just for the moment you felt high on life thinking: I hate feeling sick and being fat. Do it because you want to live a long prosperous life! Don't wait until it's too late to do something. DO IT NOW!
